DFO :Mage Selectable Avatar Issue

We are aware of an issue where players are receiving the wrong item through the cash shop. Please be aware that players purchasing a Mage Torso avatar item from the Selectable Avatar system will experience a glitch and receive a Mage Waist avatar item instead.

If you purchase a Skull Necklace (torso), you will receive a Skull Chain (waist).
If you purchase a Pave Emerald Necklace (torso), you will receive a Silver Studded Chain (waist).
If you purchase a Pink Polka Dotted Scarf (torso), you will receive a Sandy Brown Fanny Pack (waist).

If you believe you have experienced this issue, please submit a support ticket according to the instructions. We are actively investigating this issue and intend to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please DO NOT purchase any Mage Torso avatar item through the Selectable Avatar system.
